Shipping Costs & Returns Policy

Goods shall be dispatched within approximately 3 working days from receipt of order.

There may be circumstances where shipping costs will vary. For example, weight lifting products and weight plates; shipping to country/regional areas (ie: non-metro areas), QLD, NT, Tasmania. If this is the case, we will contact you to inform you of the differences before shipping the goods.

On most occasions our couriers will deliver your order without you needing to sign for it. We have found this method called AUTHORITY TO LEAVE WITHOUT SIGNATURE (ATL) the most convenient. If you are not home the courier will leave your order outside your door. You will not need to go & pick it up from the couriers depot if you are not home at to sign for it. Please note: we will not be held responsible if your parcel is delivered and then stolen from your front door/premises. If you want to be home to receive your order, you need to let us know and we will supply you with the couriers consignment note number. You can then contact them to find out the day of delivery.

If on the day of delivery the courier is unable to access your property to deliver the goods, or for whatever reason beyond their control are unable to deliver the goods, they will be returned to us. In this event, you will be contacted and required to pay another delivery fee to have the goods redelivered. If you decide you do not wish to receive the goods again, then only the purchase price of the goods will be reimbursed to you, less a 15% restocking fee.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure correct delivery details are given. Any errors are at the responsibility of the customer. A refund cannot be given if goods are sent to an incorrect address.

What you can return -
New merchandise which prior to any use, you believe has a manufacturers flaw, may be returned for exchange or refund within 7 days of purchase. There is NO WARRANTY for product misuse.

What you can not return - Merchandise unsuitable for resale includes:
- Merchandise that has been worn
- Merchandise that has been washed
- Merchandise that has been altered or soiled
- Discontinued merchandise
- Sparring equipment that is packed too tightly, which changes the shape of the product
- Custom Products
- Merchandise with insufficient packaging

Any returns of non-faulty products will be at the customers expense, and a 15% restocking fee will be incurred. Refund will not include initial freight charge.

In relation to Gym Equipment that required assemble, customers need to notify Fitness Shop of any faulty or missing parts within 30 days of receipt of goods.  We will then send you the required parts.

 
Returns Procedure -
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of a return address. You will be issued with a refund once we've received and processed the returned item.  Carefully pack the merchandise to be returned in a sturdy box. Make sure the merchandise is in the original packaging, is loosely packed to avoid wrinkling.
Purchaser will pay cost of returns.

Any goods that are pre-ordered will incur a minimum deposit of 10% total cost. In the event that the customer cancels the order after it has been placed, the deposit will not be refunded.
